Incident Summary
On February 18, 1903, Chicago Fire Department Truckman Theodore Brockob of Truck 5 was fatally injured in the line of duty while fighting a fire on Loomis Street. Brockob was injured when he fell on his ax during firefighting operations. He died from his injury on March 2.
