Responder Intervention Team (RIT)

Program Description

The Responder Intervention Team (RIT) program addresses tactical and strategic operations related to downed firefighters. Program topics include firefighter fatality case studies, RIT tools, staging, RASP, size up, accountability, extrication, and disentanglement. This program delivers training on how to effectively manage a firefighter mayday.
