- Capacity 90, with 3 separable rooms for 30 students each, handicapped accessible
- Room will be used for:
- Classroom
- National Incident Management System training and simulation with the same capabilities as FEMA’s National Emergency Management Institute’s National NIMS training facility
- Video and audio teleconferences
- Has the capability to “plug into” up to 6 state mobile Unified Command vans and Illinois Tactical Electronic and Communications Systems (ITECS)
- Emergency use: Campus Incident Command Post for real campus emergencies with work stations for 60 action officers

- Ability to connect the classrooms and entire facility to up to 6 state mobile command and communications systems staged outside the building
- Infinitely reconfigurable student / action officer desks and chairs
