Students in this course will learn Heartsaver CPR, AED, and first aid for infant, child, and adult patients. Some of the topics covered include basic first aid care, delivering high-quality CPR, differences in infant, child, and adult patients rescue techniques, how to operate a Bag-Valve Mask (BVM) for infant, child, and adult patients, as well as infant, child, and adult patient rescue breathing.
