Course Description

Peer support is all about getting help from those who understand you best.  The goal is to help facilitate a culture within the fire service that allows fire service memebers to make it safe to talk to one another and ask for help when it is needed - whether it is for mental, emotional or physical support.  All Peer Support activities are completely voluntary and is meant to be used as a resource when needed.
