Incident Summary

On January 8, 1965, Chicago Fire Department Firefighter Thomas Conley of Truck 50 suffered a fatal heart attack while fighting an apartment building fire on W. 79th Place. Conley was transported to Holy Cross Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
