Course Description

If you are sometimes stymied on how to be an effective supervisor, this 12-hour class can provide you with some successful and time-proven strategies. You will learn to effectively work with subordinates in delegating, recognizing and assessing personal leadership styles, disciplining, coaching and motivating. You will have the opportunity to learn, understand, and practice these skills to be on your way to becoming a more productive leader.
