Course Overview

The "Enhancing Grant Writing Skills" online version is a cooperative effort between the North American Fire Training Directors, the Department of Homeland Security and the Illinois Fire Service Institute. This course will help prepare you to write a successful grant application. This information is time tested, and can give you an advantage over others who have not taken the time to read, understand, and follow the grant application process.

The course is presented in six learning modules which can be taken as many times as needed to assist you with the development of your AFG grant. Enhanced Grant Writing Skills online is a self directed course. You set the pace. Our team hopes this effort gives you the insight needed to write a winning application.
