Contributing to the Library

The IFSI Library's Outreach Program provides free fire and emergency library services and programs to every Illinois firefighter and the general public. In FY 2007 (July 1, 2006-June 30, 2007), the IFSI Library recorded nearly 4,000 reference and circulation transactions.

Your help is much needed and greatly appreciated to help sustain the IFSI Library. Your assistance may include financial or material contributions:

  1. Financial contributions: Make checks payable to the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign indicating the IFSI Library on the memo line.

Your gift will be used for purchasing new materials that the IFSI Library will make accessible to Illinois firefighters

  1. Material contributions: Books, periodicals, videos, DVDs, CDs, pamphlets, slides, and any other fire or emergency information resources.
