Job Description: Primary responsibility at the IFSI Library is managing the archives and institutional repository collections. The archives documents the overall history of IFSI, while the institutional repository specifically preserves the academic output of the Institute. Another major responsibility involves the IFSI Library's fire history projects, such as the IFLODD database. Also regularly contribute to some of our more traditional library tasks, such as cataloging or answering questions at the reference desk. Professional Service: My library experience includes processing archival and manuscript collections for the Illinois History and Lincoln Collections at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and work as an archives assistant for the Mahn Center for Archives and Special Collections at Ohio University. I received an M.S. from the U of I's Graduate School of Library and Information Science and a B.A. in history from O.U. I am an active member of the Midwest Archives Conference and the Society of American Archivists.
