All documents have editable fields as possible. It is preferred that you type on any document before mailing or faxing it to IFSI.

PDF Documents
You may only save a PDF if you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat. Adobe Reader is a free (download) but will not allow you to save changes to a document, including changes to the typed text fields.

Microsoft Excel Documents
Excel documents provided by IFSI are locked with a special IFSI password. You will be able to type in any field that is allowed as typeable by IFSI. Use the "tab" key to easily find fields.
