Coordinated Fire Ground Operations
The class is designed for new and experienced firefighters. The class covers fundamental hands-on fire fighting skills necessary to function on the fire ground including basic SCBA, small tools, hose, ladders, and fire stream application. Live fire training stations on using ladders, line management, forcible entry, ventilation, and search and rescue techniques will be covered. Emphasis is placed on coordinating these skills during fire ground operations. This is a hands-on class that requires NFPA-compliant protective clothing to include: helmet, hood, coat, pants, boots, gloves and a SCBA. |

Truck Company Officer Operations
The class is designed for experienced firefighters who have strong core competencies. The class offers firefighters an opportunity to sharpen their current skills and learn new and efficient skills for all the various tasks required of truck company members. This is a hands-on class which includes training evolutions to provide an opportunity to experience the role of the truck company. Topics include personnel deployment, ground ladders, aerial device considerations, forcible entry for residential and commercial construction, including the use of hand, power, and hydraulic tools, proper horizontal and vertical ventilation, and fire ground search and rescue. This is a hands-on class that requires NFPA-compliant protective clothing to include: helmet, hood, coat, pants, boots, gloves, and a SCBA. |

Fire Service Vehicle Operator
This course is designed for fire department and EMS personnel who (as part of their duties) are responsible for the safe operation of a fire service vehicle. Topics include special hazards unique to Fire Apparatus drivers, selecting and training new and existing driver/operators, developing SOGs to assist in your departments D/O program, pre-trip inspections, and safe operation during emergency and non-emergency driving. This class will provide the classroom presentation only. |

Basic Critical Incident Stress Management
The Basic CISM Program is designed to present the core elements of a comprehensive, systematic, and multi-component crisis intervention curriculum. Participants are trained to understand a wide range of CISM services and interventions including pre- and post-event crisis education, small group defusing, demobilizations after large-scale traumatic incidents, and ICISD group interventions. |
